Focus on ESR, ripple current tolerance, and thermal management design. The Yongming LKZ series utilizes a high-conductivity electrolyte and low-ESR electrolytic paper to minimize Joule heating at the source, while a coated aluminum casing enhances surface heat dissipation. Under equivalent ripple current conditions, the temperature rise is reduced by 15–20°C (with an 18°C reduction observed in actual testing), and ripple current tolerance at 105°C is improved by 50%. This helps mitigate the risks of capacitor bulging and high-temperature-induced system failure.
