How to reset your password

  1. 1Contact us from your registered email address (or the phone number you registered with).
  2. 2Provide the verification details: registered email, name, company and contact number.
  3. 3Once verified, we reset the password and send the new one to your registered email.
  4. 4After signing in, change it to a password you control in Member Center → Change password.
